Our Client is a leading Properties Development company in Dubai.
Work closely with senior leadership to define the HR transformation strategy, aligning it with the organization’s long-term business goals. Identify opportunities for HR process optimization, technology integration, and other transformative initiatives.
Lead and manage end-to-end HR transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Evaluate existing HR processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Design and implement streamlined and standardized HR processes that align with best practices and enhance overall efficiency.
Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new HR processes and technologies
Drive the selection, implementation, and integration of HR technologies, such as HRIS, ATS, LMS, and other relevant tools. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of new systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
At least 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a focus on HR transformation, process improvement, or related roles.
Proficiency in HR technology solutions and their integration within an organization.
Relevant certifications such as SPHR, SHRM-SCP, PMP, or related credentials are advantageous.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and provide actionable recommendations.
