Job Title: Procurement and Contract Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Position is based in the UAE to support Minerals and Metals(M&M) projects locally in the region as well as any potential to work on M&M projects globally as the case may be raised.
Reporting to the M&M GM in the region, you will be responsible for the procurement and contracts activities of studies and projects and serving customers in your field of expertise where projects dictate direct intervention to help in solving matters related to the field of contract management and administration.
Required
Suitable experience on major projects in engineering and construction
Experience in minerals and metals projects
Experience in early market engagement
Experience in procurement delivery
Experience in construction contract regulations and biddings,
Experience in commercial policies, contract negotiation, and contract formation
Experience in managing a team of buyers and contract administrators
Experience in contract administration and management
Excellence in document drafting and analysis skills
Excellent communication, presentation and influence skills
