About Our Client
Our client is a leading FMCG company known for its commitment to quality and innovation. They are currently seeking a dedicated Procurement Specialist with specific experience in Poultry, Coffee, and/or Cereals to join their dynamic procurement team.
As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and procuring high-quality products within the Poultry, Coffee, and Cereals categories. Your expertise will be instrumental in negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the cost-effective and timely procurement of essential goods. This role offers a unique blend of strategic sourcing, supplier management, and hands-on procurement execution.
Develop and implement effective procurement strategies.
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure the best quality, price, and delivery terms.
Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers while exploring new opportunities.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand their procurement needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Monitor market trends and supplier performance to ensure continuous supply and optimal procurement conditions.
Proven experience as a Procurement Specialist in the FMCG industry, specifically with Poultry, Coffee, and Cereals.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven procurement decisions.
Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
A team player with a proactive approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
