Production Officer

?As a member of Munich Re the MedNet Group is a leading Third-Party Administrator across the MEA region. We are currently seeking to hire an “Officer –Production“ for our Production Department in Dubai- UAE. The job holder is responsible to supervise the production function relating to policies and endorsements issuance and cards preparation and apply/update policy and endorsements details in line with client requirements for Health Insurance coverage.

Your Role:

Review received requests in line with the checklist and enroll the requests into the core system according to the most updated P&P
Ensure enrolments and policy issuances are delivered on agreed turnaround times.
Conduct preliminary checks on all information received from the PIC’s are in line with production department’s guidelines.
Process and issue policy in MedNeXt system based on the premiums and loadings received from PICs.
Supervise card issuance process and modify policy documents such as Policy Wordings, Beneficiary User’s Guide, Policy Schedules and Request Forms sent to relevant PICs.
Assist and monitor in computing policies and benefits / plan creation process for better accuracy.
Update internal departments about the New Policy for any substandard conditions Test designed reports along with technical team and end user clients (Claims, Network, MCC, MCU, Finance, Production departments).
Review and validate computed premium and benefits in order to make sure calculations and in line with quotation.

Your profile

Diploma / Degree in Para-Medical Course or Business Management Course.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the Insurance Industry or TPA Company.
Basic knowledge of relational databases and excellent knowledge of MS office and Computer literacy
Knowledge related to medical terminology will be a plus
Ability to operate effectively with people at all levels of business
Ability to work under strict deadlines and handle pressure
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Business focus & Team Player

Minimum Qualifications:

Diploma / Degree in Para-Medical Course or Business Management Course.
Minimum Experience:

Three years of experience in the Insurance Industry or TPA Company.
