Job Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for planning the project in order to accomplish its goals within constraints such as Time, cost and agreed quality standards
Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing Needs and requirements
Maintain the project budget for delivering the project within the budget defined
Responsible for producing and maintaining detailed project plans, critical path analysis
Weekly and monthly progress reports
Identify resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
Ability to provide sufficient input into the technical analysis of the project
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client
Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures
Minimizes our exposure, risk on project and enforce Co.s methodology & project standards
Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing and Monitor receivables for project
Follow up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices
Analyses project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization
Communicate and develops lasting relationships with client personnel to foster client ties
Continuously monitor progress in terms of the status of the plan and the budget
Responsible for the projects commitment to quality standards
The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that the CAE HSE Management System is developed and established on the Project and that appropriate resources are in place to properly facilitate its implementation
Over all responsible for the set-up, implementation, and monitoring of the required contractual HSE Activities and programs for entire site
Project manager shall comply with CAE HSE policy
Develop and implement risk control measures that have been identified as part of the risk assessment process (Group Risk Assessment Process)
