Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all objectives are met and deliverables are achieved.
Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as necessary.
Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with contractual obligations and customer requirements.
Liaise with customers, internal teams, and third-party suppliers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Maintain a strong understanding of the water or wastewater sector and related technologies and solutions.
Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the business through the development of new projects and customers.
Manage project budgets and financials, including the identification and management of variances and risks.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the water or wastewater sector.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
PMP training or similar would be an advantage.
