Maple & Rose Real Estate Brokerage are currently looking for sales and leasing agents to join their ever-growing family. You will need to be money hungry, self-motivated, and have a proven track record in a sales role.
*Full training & coaching provided*
Job requirements;
Generating new business using the client database
Conducting market appraisals/valuations
Photographing and preparing properties ready for advertising
Matching clients to specific properties
Arranging and conducting viewings
Negotiating offers between both buyer and seller/tenant/landlord.
Managing the sale or lease as it proceeds and liaising with all interested parties.
Expert up-to-date knowledge of the rules and regulations surrounding the residential property market within Dubai.
Becoming knowledgeable about your specific area in Dubai and showing off local interests and amenities to prospective buyers/tenants.
Remuneration;
Commission of up to 70% (uncapped)
Real estate license (RERA)
Visa and medical insurance
Monthly incentives < New shoes? New iPad? A Holiday?
30 days holiday per year
Minimum yearly OTE if successful +110K (AED500,000)
Other;
Driving license essential
Any nationality welcome
Languages – English & French compulsory, written and spoken to European standards
Arabic / Italian / German / Spanish / Russian speaking is a bonus
