Job Description

Job Requirements:

To administer the recruitment process for all divisions by maintaining efficient systems & processes, while providing support to the recruitment team as required.

Job Responsibilities:

Advertising the vacancy in the internal site & External career website for both Expats & UAE Nationals.
Maintain Recruitment vacancy status report – update and share with Business on weekly basis
Manage sourcing for junior and mid-level roles
Arrange interviews, to be conducted in person or virtually
Contact candidates to collect necessary documentation/information
Prepare Employment contracts when needed
Assist & liaise with recruitment team regarding the completion of administrative recruitment processes.
Provide monthly new joiners & leaver’s data to recruitment team
Perform other related administrative and reasonable duties as required to support the resourcing team
Perform due diligence (Security clearance & Credit check clearance) for all new hires candidates
Ensure completion of all documentation as per the recruitment standards & Processes
Respond & assist by email, phone & person on the application processes / questions with the candidates & Recruitment agencies.
Attend HR Business Partner & Business inquiries on recruitment status.
Screening and evaluating candidate profiles and resumes to assess their qualification and fit for specific roles
Conduct interviews and assessing applicants knowledge skill and experience

Person Specification:

MS Office
Interview Skills
Excellent oral & written communication
Excellent time management
2 years of experience in admin and recruitment role
