We’re looking for a Regional Growth Manager to join Talabat and work closely with the regional quick commerce leadership to launch and incubate new Q-commerce business lines, with an immediate focus on Everyday Roastery, our very own delivery only coffee brand.

What’s on your plate?

Generate insightful, actionable deep dives to drive improvements of key performance metrics across countries or objectives
Identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency through data analysis and addressed with creating action plans
Strategize and plan comprehensive strategies to win over customers in existing & new markets.
Understand cohorts and competitor behaviour across different markets to inform our approach
Execute end to end campaigns from establishing the strategy to campaign execution, liaising with relevant teams, measurement and reporting, ensuring clear communication throughout each step of the process.
Tracking industry trends and developments, taking inspiration and learnings to inform our own strategy to ensure competitive advantage
Imbed yourself in the business to intimately understand our operations and appreciate the interaction between marketing activities and what happens on the ground.
Coordinate and lead projects with other business functions such as partnerships, data science, etc.
Assist in the coordination of ad-hoc growth projects – be willing to tackle anything!

What did we order?

You have 5+ years of experience in consumer marketing, growth, e-commerce, online services, or related industries.
You have a proven record of delivering work with measurable results, on time and on budget
You have in-depth knowledge in own your own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines
You love solving complex problems; take a new perspective on existing solutions
Exceptionally strong analytical and presentation skill set
You have strong stakeholder management & communication skills
Proficient across all marketing disciplines (brand, growth, CRM, digital, etc.)
You are a team player and love bouncing ideas
You are comfortable working in a dynamic, fast changing environment
Language skills: Fluent English and Arabic would be highly advantageous
