With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Restaurant Hostess to join the One&Only team at The One&Only Royal Mirage Hotel in Dubai.

With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the Resort’s success and your role goes beyond welcoming and greeting the guests, ensures warm welcome and farewell, assisting guest in seating or other requests .

Key Duties And Responsibilities

Meets, greets and bids farewell to guest according to standards
Responds to guest needs in appropriate manner and time or as per standard
Maintains reservation book updated and in impeccable order
Escorts guest to the table or to other areas if and when required
Provides any information guests may ask, hence to be informed not only about the designated restaurant but also other areas of the resort
Answers the phone appropriately and according to standard
Ensures that personal appearance and uniform are as per standard
Attentive and assertive to guest needs
Remains in his or her area, approachable to guests
Thru guest interaction to seek performance of team, areas of improvement and seeks to deliver over and above to guests
Works as a team, liaises and coordinates with team, peers and other managers of the food and beverage division
Executes any other work or responsibility within his scope of duty given by his/her manager

Suitable candidate will be reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager. Must be highly qualified and must have at least 1-2 years’ experience in an upscale luxury hospitality industry or five-star hotels. Must be able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines with excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and/or another language. Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.
