1. Act as the primary point of contact for our Russian-speaking clients and maintain a professional and proactive relationship with them.
2. Understand our clients’ needs, business objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and maximize satisfaction.
3. Develop and implement effective account management strategies to achieve client retention and growth targets.
4. Conduct regular meetings and communicate with clients in a timely manner to address any concerns, provide updates, and share relevant information.
5. Collaborate with internal teams, such as Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure client requirements are met and deliverables are achieved promptly and accurately.
6. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
7. Ensure all client interactions and activities are accurately recorded in our internal systems for proper tracking and reporting purposes.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.

1. 5 to 10 years of experience in account management or a similar role, preferably within the Russian market.
2. Fluent in Russian with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in English is also required.
3. Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and driving business growth.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at various levels.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to provide effective solutions.
6. A self-motivated individual with excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
7. Strong negotiation and presentation skills to effectively communicate the value of our products/services to clients.
8. Proficiency in using CRM software and other account management tools to manage and track client activities.
