As Sales Assistant you will be providing administrative support to the Sales team to facilitate the smooth functioning of the Middle East Sales organization is areas such as; Identifying key information in customer enquiry documents to add to the development of opportunity overviews as part of the decision to bid process, liaising with NOV Legal department to manage timely replies to customer NDA requests, collating information and preparing pre-qualifications submissions for our Wellstream Processing portfolio, compiling quotation documents in standardized template.
Responsible providing administrative support to the Sales team in the following areas.
Extracting information from customer enquiry documents to assist the Sales team in preparation of opportunity overviews as part of the decision to bid process,
Liaising with NOV legal department to manage timely replies to customer NDA requests
Completing pre-qualifications associated with applying for addition of our Wellstream Processing portfolio to customer Approved Vendor Lists
Compiling and or formatting quotation documents in standardized template based on content provided from engineers and Sales team
Accurately filing documents received from customers during tendering process
Assisting with miscellaneous tasks as required, which may vary depending on the specific needs of the team being supported

Bachelors degree in Business Admin or equivalent
Minimum 3 -5 years of administrative experience or relevant role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
