We are currently headhunting for a Sales Lead (MEA) for a European software vendor with revenues of around 35 million Euros that has grown 25% in both total revenue and recurring run-rate revenue in the past year.
They have just signed their first client in the MEA region in Egypt and offer solutions for Telecoms CRM / Billing plus solutions for IoT, Transport, and smart utilities.
They are looking for someone with a sales track record selling into the fixed and mobile service providers in the MEA region (which is essentially a green field territory). The role is therefore a hunter sales position / new business developer.
Ideally, they would like someone capable of selling complex 15 million USD deals over a 5-year period (private cloud for example). Given the complexity of the solutions 18-24 months sales cycles are typical.
In terms of location, they are flexible within the Middle East (Dubai, Lebanon, Egypt, Jordan + others etc). Ideally, they would like an Arabic speaker but there might be flexibility for a stand-out candidate.
The salary level is flexible depending on the candidates profile so please ignore any salary mentioned on the job board.
