What You Will Experience In This Position

In this position, you will get to:

The holder of the position is responsible for Driving OEM strategy in the region by leading and achieving accelerated Growth for nVent Eriflex Brand of Flexible Busbars , Flexbus,Surge Protection, Insulators across major International and Local Switchgear Manufacturing Companies in Power/Solar /Datacom/Drives -Automation industry sector
Develop Channel Strategy / OEM sales across Middle East .
Support to build and execute sales strategy for accelerated Growth of nVent Eriflex
Work with Major National/International OEMs in Solar Power , Panel builders , OEMs associated with Rail & Metro projects besides Datacoms, Automation , Drives /Power Switchgear Manufacturers/Panel builders
Develop existing and New Customers /OEMs for assigned Products
Work with major Consultants for Specifications development
Work Closely with Product management and cross functional teams , Application Engineers , Product management in Europe/USA for right solutions for customers.
Achieve or exceed assigned sales and margin targets for the Region and Markets.
Identify new growth opportunities in the Region
Develop an understanding of market trends and the competitive environment
Formally provide input on pricing, delivery and other sales influencing factors to Regional Business Unit
Achieve Profitable Growth
Be regular with SFDC updates, building new opportunity pipeline.
Sales Forecasting & Demand Planning
As other organizational needs arise, he/she will accept other responsibilities besides the ones listed in this document. This could also include managing Sales resources

within the assigned sales territory

Keeps his direct Maanager well informed all situations, developments and occurrences which are important for the superior or are requested by him, as well as about all upcoming decisions which require his approval

You Have
Academic background in Bachelor Degree in Electrical from reputed University/Institution with MBA Sales & Marketing
Previous experience of 10 – 15 years in Sales and Business development experience in Low Voltage Switchgear/ OEM Sales in UAE & KSA besides rest of the Middle East.
