You will be working as Sales Specialist, will be the part of Electrification Business Area for Smart Power division based in Dubai, UAE. In this role you will be responsible for sales of ABB LV Switchgear Products / systems within Dubai and northern emirates region in accordance with division / company strategy. Achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets in a profitable way: order growth, revenues, profitability, market share and customer satisfaction. Build long term customer relationships with EPCs /MEP contractors / consultants and end users and manage the business. Identify and develop sales opportunities through projects and panel builder channels

Channel Manager Panel Builders

Your responsibilities
Familiar with utility regulations / latest IEC standards/ consultants specs etc. and selection of products to match the project requirements
Compliance to ABB business ethics and code of practice, technically and commercially competent, having knowledge on product / application and comparison with competitors (Product positioning and pricing)
Ability to engage as a team player with sell-out team for the potential opportunity’s portfolio wise for the market
Ability to identify immediate potential with the customers/segment in preparing solution through panel builder
Strong networking capability with panel builders and contractors and play spokesperson in ABB
Passionate, engaging and driving distributors to achieve monthly targets
Techno commercial orientation, team player, dynamic and quick to act
Your background
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in the local market for the sales of Low Voltage switchgear through panel builder channel
Proven experience in LV Switchgear sales in projects and panel builders and channel partners / project sales
Fluency in spoken & written English / Arabic language are required
