Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a growing retail group! With a strong presence in the F&B, Fashion, and Health sectors across the UAEs top malls, our client is seeking dynamic Sales Supervisors (2 Vacancies – Dubai & Abu Dhabi) to lead their retail teams.

As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing a diverse and talented retail staff. From coordinating shipments and setting up captivating displays to assist both customers and team members during business hours, youll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional shopping experiences.

Heres what you can expect in this role:
Lead and inspire a team of retail professionals, including floor staff and cashiers, fostering collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Drive financial success by analysing variances, implementing corrective actions, preparing annual budgets, developing effective pricing policies, and scheduling expenditures.
Ensure accurate pricing, enhancing the overall shopping experience for customers.
Showcase your creative flair by curating visually stunning store displays that captivate and engage customers.
Build a winning team through strategic recruitment, coaching, counselling, and training initiatives, while effectively addressing any performance issues.
Continuously evaluate your own on-the-job performance and that of your team, driving continuous improvement and excellence.


To be successful in this role, you should have:

A degree with a strong emphasis on sales, marketing, or business, showcasing your commitment to professional growth.
Exceptional selling skills, including an innate ability to close deals, negotiate effectively, and build lasting relationships with customers.
Outstanding multitasking abilities, allowing you to efficiently handle various responsibilities and deliver results under pressure.
A minimum of 2 years experience as a retail supervisor handling sales, demonstrating your deep understanding of the industry and its dynamics.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills, ensuring smooth operations and impeccable attention to detail.
