The CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s CRM systems, such as Salesforce, Pipedrive, or HubSpot, and integrating them with other tools using platforms like Zapier. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM software, data analysis, customer service, and systems integration.
Manage and optimize all operations and data for our CRM systems, ensuring they work seamlessly across the organization and capture all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure CRM systems like Salesforce, Pipedrive, or HubSpot are working satisfactorily for all aspects of the company.
Leverage tools like Zapier to integrate our CRM with other software and systems, streamlining data flows and automating tasks.
Analyze customer interactions and data within the CRM to provide insights and recommendations to the marketing and sales teams.
Implement strategies to improve the customer journey and experience within the CRM.
Develop, automate, and optimize email marketing campaigns and other customer communication through CRM and associated tools.
Provide regular reports on CRM activity and effectiveness, providing actionable insight for the business.
Keep abreast of CRM best practices and industry standards, ensuring our systems are up-to-date and leveraging the latest features.
Manage the CRM team, providing training and guidance on CRM usage and strategies.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations in relation to customer data storage and usage within the CRM.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT or a related field.
Proven experience as a CRM Manager or a similar role in sales or marketing.
Experience as a CRM Developer/ Implementation for at least 2 projects.
Strong understanding and practical experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Pipedrive, or HubSpot.
Experience in using integration and automation tools like Zapier.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
Knowledge of online marketing strategies and principles.
Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of privacy laws and regulations related to customer data.
Certifications in Salesforce, Pipedrive, HubSpot, or other CRM software.
Experience with email marketing software and strategies.
Experience of working in Media and Real Estate sectors.
Knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Tableau.
Understanding of customer segmentation strategies and personalized marketing.
