Senior Production Officer

As a member of Munich Re the MedNet Group is a leading Third-Party Administrator across the MEA region. We are currently seeking to hire a “Senior Officer – Production” for our Production Department. The job holder is responsible to supervise the production function relating to policy issuance and capture benefits / plans in line with client requirements for Health Insurance.

Your Role:

Ensure enrollments and policy issuances are delivered on agreed turnaround times.
Conduct preliminary checks on all information received from the PIC’s are in line with production department’s guidelines.
Process and issue policy in the system and capturing the relevant details such as benefits, policy and member information, premiums and loadings.
Assist and monitor in computing policies and benefits / plan creation process for better accuracy.
Respond to business queries from Clients effectively and efficiently.
Train new staff on Production Department’s policies & procedures and use of systems and tools.
Ensure that quality is on the highest levels and ensure proper application of the department’s policy & procedure.
Prepare monthly activity reports and statistical data for management’s review and information.

Your profile:

Excellent knowledge of Advanced Excel Skills.
Knowledge related to medical terminology is a plus.
Strong knowledge in Local health insurance sector and regulations
Excellent understanding of IT logics and systems.
Analytical approach to problem solving.
Ability to operate effectively with people at all levels of the business.
Team Player.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in BA or any relevant field. Medical background would be a plus.
Minimum Experience:

3-5 years of experience in TPA/insurance field in Production/enrolment/underwriting function
