Jacobs is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager with a passion for architecture/developments and a commitment to our core values to join our Cities & Places team in Dubai. As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead and manage architectural projects, ensuring successful delivery, client satisfaction, and adherence to quality standards. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality designs that align with Jacobs’ values of safety, sustainability, innovation, and excellence.

As a Senior Project Manager in Jacobs’ Architecture division, you will be the driving force behind the successful execution of architectural projects. Your responsibilities encompass overseeing the project lifecycle, from initial concept to final completion, drawing upon your extensive design experience. This involves upholding our unwavering commitment to safety, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment, adhering to ethical standards, ensuring project excellence in terms of quality, budget, and timelines, promoting innovative design thinking, nurturing strong client relationships, proactively managing project risks, optimizing financial resources, and championing sustainability principles. Through your leadership and dedication, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the architectural landscape while upholding Jacobs’ values at every step of the journey.

Here’s What You’ll Need

As a successful candidate you will have a BS or MS degree in Architecture or Engineering, from a recognized university, with hands on experience on Mega projects. You will ideally have experience from the Middle East, in the capacity of a Senior Project Manager. It is important that you can demonstrate a strong knowledge of recognized design management control principles, with the ability to motivate others and work to tight deadlines. You will have excellent client management skills and have the capacity to work with and lead diverse teams when under pressure whilst always being commercially savvy, in what is considered a rapidly changing sector. An internationally recognized professional registrations would be a plus.
