We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Sales Executive to join our Sales Team in Dubai with a key focus on the Middle Eastern market, mainly the UAE.
Reporting to the sales director, you will be responsible for business development with brands, government agencies, universities, research institutions and corporate clients within the business scopes of the Middle East and North Africa market.
You will be an important member of the team in helping us deliver support for both internal and external stakeholders by fostering and developing strategic customer relationships.
Tasks
Identify and prospect sales leads.
Successfully pitch and close business over the phone
Use all tools at your disposal to develop business from phone to email and LinkedIn
Keep up to date with any developments in the region that may help you to seize revenue opportunities.
Develop and maintain positive and profitable relationships with all external stakeholders Seek out new potential clients and opportunities.
Give weekly briefing to management
Requirements
A minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience
Have excellent communication skills and telephone manner
Be comfortable with cold calling and closing deals over the phone
A proven track record of high performance in sales
Experience in the media/publishing industry preferred but not essential
Fluent in English, the ability to speak Arabic is an advantage
Your own client’s database and network will be a preference.
