Job Summary.
Manage Structural, PAUT & PCE Services within MENA. Manage financial planning, revenue goals, forecasting, cost control, headcount planning. Participate and oversee the customer interface process related infield recertification projects. Work closely with internal resources to resolve any issue related to equipment recertification. Delegate workload, monitor activity & provide technical assistance to the respective service group.
Primary Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the activities of staff including training, employee development, performance evaluation, hiring decisions, and the establishment of goals and performance objectives for assigned department.
Provide continual evaluation of department processes, methods, and activities to assure the most effective use of resources and equipment.
Manage budget and expenditures.
Complete service/repair transactions.
Complete requisitions for needed supplies and equipment.
Ensure service customer satisfaction.
Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.
Facility/Group-specific Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with APM, TESS, Standardization, Engineering etc. to ensure the reliability and maintainability of new, modified installations, infield recertification etc.
Participates in the organizations holistic risk management approach to develop solutions after evaluating Risk data. Develop plans to minimize and mitigate negative financial outcomes through a combination of project management and proposal development.
Guides efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, etc.
Provides technical support to maintenance management and technical personnel.
Applies value analysis to repair/replace, repair/redesign and make/buy decisions.
Interface directly with customers to deploy products and deliver/sustain services using analysis tools and portals.
Prepare financial forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Maximize financial results by identifying poor-performing parts of the operation and coaching towards improved efficiency.
Define and oversee competency and training goals/programs for the condition monitoring engineers and analysts to grow their capability.
Produce consolidated Weekly Operations Reports. Report KPIs and performance analysis.
Requirements
Essential:
Bachelors Degree in a related field with 5 years of experience in an Oil & Gas Service Industry
Experience in Field Service of Drilling Rigs & Equipment
Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, especially in Excel, Power Point
Desirable
Bachelors Degree in related field with 5 years of Field Service Experience with NOV equipment and 3 years in a Supervisory role
Experience of working within the MENA region
Arabic Language proficiency
