We have an opportunity for a Solutions Architect to join our SPS team in Dubai, UAE. In this role you will use your broad subject matter expertise in the AIDC field to influence customers towards Honeywell products and solutions. You will provide technical pre-sales support on the portfolio to our internal sales teams, partners, and act as trusted advisor for our end-customers. You will provide both external and internal consultations and will help Honeywell teams develop and maintain the right product messaging, customer support, training and help conducting and presenting in events and webinars. You will foster cross-functional alignment to customer needs. You will participate in pursuit strategy planning, and customer negotiations. You may consult prospective users on product capability. You may provide valuable input for product development. You will work with a team to provide technical support across GCC and Levant countries.

Solutions Architect Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day technical and pre-sales support on Honeywell solutions.
Engage in customer-facing activities.
Analyze growth opportunities and help positioning best solutions for every client and vertical.
Analyze product development needs.
Coach on targeted product value propositions.
Review proposal activities, and help building bill of materials.
Present technical sales briefings to customers.
Conduct engaging presentations in partner conferences, events, roadshows and webinars.
Develop and champion best-in-class sales training.
Help coordinate engineering support.
Provide data for sales collateral.
Strong knowledge and experience in AIDC industry field.
Graduate majoring in Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Computer Science (CS) or equivalent.
Demonstrated ability to develop and foster strong customer relationships.
In-depth knowledge of Honeywell and competitor platforms, products, and technologies.
Experience in technical writing and preparation of proposals.
Strong verbal and written communications skills.
Advanced presentation skills with innovative and engaging approaches.
Familiarity with industry regulatory requirements and future mandates.
