Job Description:
We are hiring for a leading trading company specializing in premium building material products, including MDF Boards, Melamine MDF Boards, HPL, and Edge band.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Specification Manager to play a pivotal role in developing and managing relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and developers. The Specification Manager will be instrumental in securing product specifications for our range of building materials.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Proven experience in specification sales within the building materials or construction industry.
Strong network and relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and developers in the UAE.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Technical expertise and a deep understanding of building material products.
Results-oriented with a track record of achieving specification goals.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
UAE driving license is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with architects, designers, and specifiers to promote our products for inclusion in construction projects.
Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the construction and design industries.
Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to assist in product selection and specification.
Act as a liaison between our manufacturing plant and project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Develop and maintain a database of project leads and specifications.
Monitor industry trends and emerging opportunities for product specification.
Work closely with the Sales Manager to drive product adoption and sales.
Provide regular reports and updates on specification progress.
