Our client is an registered comapany in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, its an event services company established in 2008 that offers event solutions in terms of Spaces Design and Execution, Interior Design & Fit-out, Events Management, Brand Activations & Disruptive Technologies

We are looking for a Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist, for a 2-month contract, who will be responsible for recruiting and acquiring top talent for an organization. This role involves sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates to meet the company’s staffing needs.

Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Specialistis responsible for executing the recruitment process, identifying and attracting high-quality candidates, and contributing to the overall staffing strategy of the organization. This role requires strong sourcing, interviewing, and networking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Director to understand staffing needs and create recruitment strategies and plans.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach, to identify and engage potential candidates.
Candidate Assessment: Screen and evaluate resumes, applications, and other candidate materials. Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit for open positions.
Interview Coordination: Coordinate interviews and assessments, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process for both candidates and interviewers.
Candidate Relationship Management:Maintain ongoing communication with candidates, providing updates on their application status and managing expectations throughout the recruitment process.
Talent Pool Development: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs. Establish relationships with potential candidates for upcoming roles.
Employment Branding: Assist in promoting the organization’s employer brand to attract top talent. This may involve participating in job fairs and employer branding initiatives.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process, including record-keeping and reporting.
Data Analysis: Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process and provide regular reports to management.
Offer and Onboarding Support: Extend job offers to selected candidates and facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
Several years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI) may be advantageous.
Experience in the exhibitions and events industry will be an added advantage
