We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Telemarketer to join our Sales team! You will be responsible for generating qualified sales and lease leads for our agents, by making calls to potential customers with the main goal to achieve the leads quota.

You will receive a basic salary, a commission from any closed deal that you generate, and a fast-track path to becoming a successful real estate agent.
Duties and Responsibilities
Making calls to generate qualified leads for our sales and leasing teams.
Arrange meetings between leads and agents.
Present and pitch our offerings, when necessary.
Address any questions or issues, leads may have.
Coordinate closely with sales managers on all matters related to leads quantity and quality, and leads assignment to agents.
Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and needs.
Offer solutions based on the clients needs and capabilities.
Keep an updated customer database within our CRM system.
Consistently achieve leads quota and meet all assigned KPIs.
Adequately track and document calls, lead information, and lead feedback, before sharing with agents.
Minimum one (1) year of experience in Telemarketing and/ or telesales, preferably in a real estate firm
Must be fluent in English and/ or Arabic. Additional languages are a plus
Hand-on experience with sales tools such as CRM.
Prior experience as a telemarketer in a real estate firm is highly desired.
prior experience in Dubai real estate sector
Ability and willingness to learn about the company, and the market, and stay up to date with calling techniques and selling skills.
Confident, patient, and friendly personality
