Are you a results driven Telesales rockstar?
As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads and converting them into sales over the phone. Your main goal will be to reach out to potential customers, build relationships with them, and close them as merchants to use the Paymennt app and its services.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and promote our products or services
Generate leads (or utilize database), close and onboard potential clients
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
Update and maintain customer information in the company database
Requirements:
Proven telesales experience
Fluent in English, (Arabic and/or Hindi a plus)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes
Experience using Hubspot is a plus
Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
Must be in the UAE already
We offer a competitive environment in a fast growing fintech with an opportunity to grow into a team lead and other sales positions in the team. Salary range is 7,000 AED per month (residency, phone and health insurance included in the position), remote work possibility will be considered.
