The Campaign & Vertical Marketing Manager (CVMM) is a key strategic position within the Marketing team. The CVMM drives growth by leading the TLG campaign and vertical strategic plan for the respective markets. This includes identification of market drivers and opportunities for TLG business, plus understanding Videojet’s solutions, developing and executing strategies to drive prospect lead generation among different countries. The CVMM works closely with Senior Leadership to set long-term corporate strategies. The CVMM works across the organization on campaign plan development and implementation to drive revenue, expand our market share, and enhance brand leadership. This role will ensure alignment with the broader Marketing team, Sales, Service, R&D, and Operations. A successful CVMM is customer focused, strategic, action oriented, agile, and leads by influence to identify and implement and monitor growth initiatives.

This position may also assume responsibility for cross-functional, company-wide and/or Marketing-wide initiatives as required to support organizational priorities.

Essential Functions

Responsible for Incremental TLG lead generation and global sales growth
Continuously follow industry trends, understand market drivers to identify opportunities and threats, and convert this knowledge into insights, strategy, and actions and campaign suggestions for markets.
Develop market expertise, including segment size, growth, trends, competitive dynamics, and insightful segmentation
Lead segmentation of the market, including customer persona-development
Contribute to the development of the annual Strategic Plan
Supports countries in developing campaign plans to deliver the lead generation and incremental revenue from TLG lead source. Guide development of global content to support campaigns.
Monitor and analyze campaign results across different countries to create best practices and golden rules for campaign creation.
Collaborate with Sales leaders to align on specific needs to implement growth strategies and adapt campaign focus when needed.
Bring customer-centricity to all commercial activities by gathering VOC to be the internal expert on customer needs and pain points
Drive cross-functional alignment with the rest of Marketing team, Sales, and Service
Understand and leverage the relevant Danaher Business System (DBS) tools, including: Problem Solving, Daily Management, Launch Excellence, Customer Segmentation, VOC

Continuously utilize a strategic approach to identify market share growth opportunities and present business cases to gain cross-functional support
